Hi, they call me 肥龍 or Fat Dragon. I was born and raised in Chinatown, New York and although I've been to many countries throughout my life, this trip to India has prompted me to try and share my experience as a stranger in a new land.
So. what do you get when you take a Chinatown N.Y. raised former wannabe hangout, turned culinary arts student, turned business owner turned investment banker and you drop him in the middle of a foreign country that is simultaneously third-world and cutting edge?
